'Sadiie, are you comin'?' "Yea suure, why not?" Jumping up from her spot on the lawn she snatched up her board and pack before jogging after Gabe to catch up. Having caught up she fitted her board onto her backpack and slung it on properly. She wasn't sure where they were going, but it was probably better than hanging around in the cemetary. She scuffed along beside him for a while before drifting behind him. "Ready for this?" She grinned and leapt onto his back before he could turn around to ask her what she meant...

Heh. Look at them all! This is quite amusing, if I don’t say so myself.

Madelyn was watching the people as they slowly began to file from the funeral home; some were coupled together while others left on their lonesome, but everyone wore the same grim face for the occasion. Madelyn noted that about half of the town had showed up to demonstrate their blessings for her supposed passing, and she found it amusing that not a single one of the people realised, that she was seated high above in the oak tree, watching them with critical blue eyes.

She had taken the form of a black cat, she would have preferred to take the form of a human and watch the scenario from the ground, but that would have meant she would had showed up for her very own funeral, and chances were that people would become extremely suspicious. After all, she was supposed to be buried in the ground.

He crooked her head backwards and gave a small menacing laugh; she couldn’t help but feel malevolent. After all, she had just faked her own death as well as murder five of her “best friends” in order to keep her shifting secret safe. What a pity that the mourner’s didn’t know they were respecting a lunatic. She’d loved to have told them herself just to see their reactions. To bad that would ruin everything.

“What’s this?”

Madelyn caught sight off a tall blonde boy seated on a bench in the shade. He looked quite familiar… It was Gabe! She frowned slightly to see him in such a miserable mood, but she did safe his life by not inviting him on the road trip. It was a shame he didn’t know this. Nevertheless, she wanted to see a smile on his face, so she started head first down the tree. She was going to stay in the form of a black cat, just so that he could cuddle her. Her pace was quick, and she was behind the bench within seconds, but before she could show herself another face appeared, this one belonging to Sadiie.

”Ack. Stupid girl!” Madelyn hissed under her breath. This was the girl that she had tried to avoid for a long as she could remember, and this was the girl that caused her to get in this scenario in the first place. AND NOW, she was going for Gabe. Careful not to make a sound, Madelyn hid in the bushes she fixed her senses on to the duo.

She listened carefully to their entire conversation, and when Sadiie was about to make a move on Gabe, Madelyn wanted to kill her. Just because she was supposedly dead, doesn’t mean that she’s out of the picture. Digging her claws into the dirt, Madelyn focused on the colourful feathers that Sadiie had brought out of her backpack. Suddenly, it made perfect sense to her.

She’s an Angel, well no she must be an half angel, because if she were a real angel…

Her thoughts were cut short when she heard Gabe yelp like a beaten puppy, he saw him thrashing back and forth with Sadiie straddling his body. What the hell did she think she was doing?? That was HER property that she was straddling! But before Madelyn could do anything about it, she noticed Sadiie fly into the air and land on the ground with a thud. As for Gabe, he had been transformed into a timber wolf.

”Shit.” It finally dawned on her, how could she have missed the signs? Gabe was a Werewolf. Sadiie must had figured out he was one, so she was attempting to show him before it was too late. Quietly Madelyn moved closer to where Gabe had been knocked out, she focused on Sadiie’s words.

For the next couple of minutes she sat patiently, absorbing everything she needed to know. Her suspicions about Sadiie were correct, and Gabe, HER Gabe was a were-wolf. He was also becoming Sadiie’s little pet and if she didn’t do something soon, she was going to loose him forever. Once Gabe and Sadiie were gone, she emerged from the bushes and gave a quiet yawn. If Gabe was what Sadiie wanted, then she was going to have to fight for him, and with a quick twitch of her head Madelyn was off.
